Protective gear, including helmets, can be found in the online shop and should ALWAYS be worn when operating a board.
• All EREV models are designed for use by people over the age of 14 and with adult supervision.
• All boards should be used by only one rider at a time, and the weight capacity should not exceed 250 lbs.
• All riders should start in beginner’s mode, which is how every remote is packaged. Once a rider is completely comfortable with operating a board, the speed control can be adjusted. Always ride safely and within your skill level.
• Never ride in traffic, crowded areas, or near any other form of transportation and avoid harming yourself or others by always wearing safety equipment and always being aware of your surroundings.
• Avoid all hazardous areas including wet, oily, frozen, or uneven ground.
• Always check state and local laws before operating your board.
• EREV is not responsible for any harm, damages, injury, or even death that may occur. A rider or spectator takes full responsibility for themselves and others. Risks are involved with any form of skateboarding and a rider is legally responsible for any mishap that may occur.
